SongWatch

1. Subscriptions

SongWatch is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing interval shown at checkout, such as monthly or yearly.

Payments are processed by PayPal Subscriptions. PayPal handles the payment transaction and may provide subscription management options through your PayPal account.

By starting a paid subscription, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled.

2. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your SongWatch subscription will automatically renew, and PayPal will charge your payment method for the next billing period.

The renewal amount and billing interval will be shown during checkout.

SongWatch provides an online method to cancel your subscription.

3. Free Trials

SongWatch may offer free trials, discounted periods, promotional access, or complimentary accounts.

If you start a paid subscription during a free trial, your free trial ends immediately, and your paid subscription period begins immediately.

Unless otherwise stated, you must cancel before a free trial or promotional period ends to avoid being charged.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your SongWatch subscription in one of the following ways:

• Using the in-app subscription or account settings in SongWatch.
• Managing or cancelling the subscription through your PayPal account, where available.
• Contacting us at patrick@songwatch.io and requesting cancellation.

When contacting us by email, please use the email address associated with your SongWatch or Spotify account so we can identify your subscription.

5. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, future recurring charges will stop.

Unless otherwise stated in the app, cancelling your subscription allows you to continue using paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly billing period, you will generally continue to have access until the end of that monthly billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.

6. Account Deletion

Deleting your SongWatch account automatically cancels your active SongWatch subscription.

When you delete your account, your SongWatch account and active subscription end at the same time. This includes cancellation of the associated PayPal subscription.

Because account deletion ends your access immediately, you will not continue to have access to paid features through the end of the billing period after deleting your account.

Deleting your account does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

7. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund in limited circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical issues that prevented meaningful use of the Service
• Accidental renewal shortly after a billing date
• Other circumstances we determine are appropriate

To request a refund, contact patrick@songwatch.io with:

• The email address associated with your SongWatch account
• The PayPal transaction or subscription ID, if available
• The reason for your refund request

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

8. PayPal Disputes and Chargebacks

Because PayPal processes payments, you may also have rights or options through PayPal, including dispute or chargeback processes.

If you open a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal, we may suspend or limit access to SongWatch while the issue is reviewed.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or fails, we may cancel, suspend, or restrict your subscription or access to paid features.

9. Failed Payments

If PayPal is unable to process a recurring payment, your subscription may become past due, suspended, cancelled, or otherwise limited.

We may rely on PayPal subscription updates to determine whether your account remains in good standing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Service or by email.

Your continued use of SongWatch after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
